Koliwada Prawns Masala

Prawns is the very famous fish in sea food. And when we heard about sea food, prawns is the comes first in our mind. This is very old recipe in koliwada community.

This recipe take a less time but it gives lots of satisfaction to our soul.

So, lets see the recipe for soul satisfaction.


Ingredients:

  1. 5-6 inches cleaned long prawns (10 pieces)

  2. 4 chopped onion

  3. 3 chopped tomato's

  4. 3 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste

  5. Some chopped coriander leaves

  6. 5 Teaspoon oil

  7. 8 Teaspoon koli masala

  8. 2 Teaspoon turmeric powder

  9. 2 Teaspoon garam masala

  10. Paste of 15 chilies

  11. 1/2 cup water

  12. Salt as a taste


Method:

  1. In the pot, lets heat the oil and add chopped onion

  2. Fry the onion till pink-red

  3. Now add in the ginger-garlic paste & chili paste

  4. Fry it for 30 second

  5. Next add chopped tomato's

  6. Mix well & again fry it for 30 second

  7. Now add Koli masala & turmeric powder

  8. Mix well the all ingredients

  9. Next add water

  10. Cook for 5 mins

  11. Red oil will floating on top

  12. Now add chopped coriander leaves

  13. Mix well & same timing add salt

  14. Cook for 30 seconds

  15. Now add cleaned prawns

  16. Mix it well

  17. Cook for 10 mins on a low heat

  18. After 10 mins increase the heat for 5 seconds and mix well

  19. Now decorate with some chopped coriander leaves & turn off the gas

  20. Serve hot with #Bhakari
