Koliwada Prawns Masala

Prawns is the very famous fish in sea food. And when we heard about sea food, prawns is the comes first in our mind. This is very old recipe in koliwada community.

This recipe take a less time but it gives lots of satisfaction to our soul.
So, lets see the recipe for soul satisfaction.
Ingredients:
5-6 inches cleaned long prawns (10 pieces)
4 chopped onion
3 chopped tomato's
3 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
Some chopped coriander leaves
5 Teaspoon oil
8 Teaspoon koli masala
2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
2 Teaspoon garam masala
Paste of 15 chilies
1/2 cup water
Salt as a taste
Method:
In the pot, lets heat the oil and add chopped onion
Fry the onion till pink-red
Now add in the ginger-garlic paste & chili paste
Fry it for 30 second
Next add chopped tomato's
Mix well & again fry it for 30 second
Now add Koli masala & turmeric powder
Mix well the all ingredients
Next add water
Cook for 5 mins
Red oil will floating on top
Now add chopped coriander leaves
Mix well & same timing add salt
Cook for 30 seconds
Now add cleaned prawns
Mix it well
Cook for 10 mins on a low heat
After 10 mins increase the heat for 5 seconds and mix well
Now decorate with some chopped coriander leaves & turn off the gas
Serve hot with #Bhakari
